We want you to be 100% happy with your Ferf online purchase. If your order is not quite right, our team is here to assist you with your return.
All `Ferf full priced products can be returned for either a size exchange or store credit.
Please note, we do not provide refunds for returned items.
If you would like to return a Ferf purchase, please follow these steps.
1. Email Fareedabolnour@gmail.com or direct message us on our social platforms within 7 days of your order being delivered.
Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading.
Tell us the item that you would like to return and why.
Tell us if you would like a different size of the same style or a credit note. Size exchanges are subject to availability. We will try to help you to get the size that you request, but if unavailable, credit notes will be issued.
Additional shipping costs may apply to multiple returns/exchanges on the same order.
2. Receive your return information.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.
Returned items must be neatly packaged, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
3. Return finalized.
Once your return is received and checked by us, your exchange or credit note will be issued as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days after your return has been delivered for your replacement or store credit to be processed.
